Çerez ve yerel depolama nedir?

Çerezler ve tarayıcının yerel depolaması, bir web sitesinin cihazınızda küçük bilgiler saklamasını sağlar. Bazıları sitenin çalışması için zorunludur; bazıları ise yalnızca izin verirseniz kullanılır.

Zorunlu depolama (her zaman açık)

• Dil tercihi (el-finans-language, tarayıcı yerel depolaması): seçtiğiniz dili hatırlar; siz silene kadar kalır.
• Destek sohbeti (tarayıcı oturum depolaması): sohbet geçmişini yalnızca açık sekmede tutar; sekme kapanınca silinir.
• Çerez tercihiniz (el-finans-cookie-consent, tarayıcı yerel depolaması): verdiğiniz kararı 12 ay hatırlar.

Bu bilgiler cihazınızda kalır, sunucumuza veya üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez ve izin gerektirmez.

Analitik çerezler (yalnızca onayınızla)

Sitenin nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve geliştirmek için Google Analytics 4 kullanılır. Google Analytics yalnızca çerez bandında Kabul et seçeneğini işaretlerseniz yüklenir; reddederseniz veya seçim yapmazsanız Google'a hiçbir istek gönderilmez.

• Çerezler: _ga ve _ga_<kimlik>, en fazla 2 yıl.
• İşlenen bilgiler: ziyaret edilen sayfalar, ziyaret süresi, yönlendiren site, cihaz/tarayıcı türü ve IP adresinden çıkarılan yaklaşık konum. Google Analytics 4 IP adresini saklamaz.
• Kapalı olanlar: reklam kişiselleştirme ve Google sinyalleri kapalıdır; veriler reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve EL Finans uygulamasındaki finansal verilerinizle birleştirilmez.
• Aktarım: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC tarafından işlenir ve ABD dahil yurt dışında saklanabilir. Bu aktarım, KVKK kapsamında çerez bandında verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır.

Tercihinizi değiştirme

Kararınızı istediğiniz zaman sayfanın altındaki Çerez Tercihleri bağlantısından değiştirebilirsiniz. Onayınızı geri aldığınızda Analytics çerezleri silinir ve yeni veri gönderilmez. Tarayıcı ayarlarından da çerezleri ve site verilerini silebilir veya engelleyebilirsiniz.

What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies and the browser's local storage let a website keep small pieces of information on your device. Some are necessary for the site to work; others are used only if you allow them.

Necessary storage (always on)

• Language preference (el-finans-language, browser local storage): remembers the language you chose until you delete it.
• Support chat (browser session storage): keeps the chat history only in the open tab; it is deleted when the tab closes.
• Your cookie choice (el-finans-cookie-consent, browser local storage): remembers your decision for 12 months.

This information stays on your device, is not sent to our servers or third parties, and does not require consent.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand and improve how the site is used. Google Analytics loads only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you reject or make no choice, no request is sent to Google.

• Cookies: _ga and _ga_<id>, for up to 2 years.
• Information processed: pages visited, visit duration, referring site, device/browser type and approximate location derived from the IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
• Turned off: ad personalization and Google signals are disabled; the data is not used for advertising and is not combined with your financial data in the EL Finans app.
• Transfer: processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC and may be stored outside your country, including the United States. This transfer relies on the explicit consent you give in the cookie banner.

Changing your choice

You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, Analytics cookies are deleted and no further data is sent. You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings.
